    This free course is offered at the Columbus Health Department on the 2nd floor. It is open to ANYONE interested in breastfeeding. The course includes the benefits, positioning, feeding cues, and additional resources. Register: 706-321-6263.

  • 4 week Childbirth Series
    This 4 week series on Wednesday evenings will meet March 9, 16, 23, and 30th from 6:30 PM until 8:30 PM. We will meet in the Labor and Delivery classroom. Please sign up at the beginning of your 7th month of pregnancy. One registration per couple.

    This class covers the benefits of breast feeding,importance of skin to skin and early initiation of breastfeeding and more. Class will meet in the SFH Labor and Delivery Classroom. One registration per couple, dads are highly encouraged to attend.

    The online class is an interactive, web-based program that includes animated illustrations and videos. It can be viewed on a PC, Mac or mobile device. Once you have registered, you will be sent an access code that is active for 4 months.
